    I agree. Seems like they are scrambling for a solution so that the next batch of sticks won't have any issues but fixing the issues for the sticks they already sold is the major issue

    I have 5 and have busted the glue on the bottom step on 2 of them. I have been in contact with tethrd and they are developing a solution to the issue.

    They tested it in the laboratory...yea thats nothing like the abuse people will give them in the real world. Also im hearing they changed the plate that they used to do the pull test to accommodate the the step design

    In this video you can hear it pop at 1min 40 sec. Aider is attached to top step. It breaks as soon as I step in the aider. The 2nd stick I broke when I transferred from the aider to the bottom step. 2nd time on that particular stick.
