Brother, we "need" nothing, bring what ever you wish. Drinks, food, or nothing, no obligations nor expectations. I'm bringing venison balogna, ham and hot sticks. @GWHGoat is supplying a bunch of different food and things, @Hawkeye Bowhunter is bringing sweet corn, were making breakfast so if you WANT to bring bread for toast or make a deer recipe you want guys to try or what ever.

I'm bringing the buns for the hot dogs and burgers, some deer kielbasa with buns a couple bags of deer sticks , some bags of chips and a case of Pepsi.

So I was all in when this was slated for early spring, aka - PA 3rd winter.

However, due to scheduling conflicts with PA's already short and rapidly waning boating season, I am not going to make it. :confused:

Someone should take pictures during the event and maybe some short demo videos to post in here afterward for those of us who are interested, but can't be there. 1598019989753.png

Crap...I just checked the tracking on the packages from Treehopper. They won't get here until Saturday afternoon :-(

Once again I will not be able to attend one of these meet-ups. I am disappointed that I won't be able to meet all of you. I was really looking forward to this but work has managed to get in the way.

I'm a little on the fence about going. While I do plan on practicing my saddle stuff this weekend (particularly one sticking and rappelling), I also have other stuff on the menu. That and I got a new toy I wanna try out.

The tracking for the Treehopper shipment indicates that it SHOULD be at my local post office by Saturday at 9am. I'm going to try to pick it up if possible and then head to the meet up if I have the stuff. If it doesn't arrive then I doubt that I will make it.

The package from Treehopper is at my post office. They said that I can pick it up around 11. I will head to the meet up after that. Won't get there until noonish.

I was unable to make it but heard that a guy fell and broke his femur that required surgery. I don't know any details, but a local guy texted me about it. Hopefully he is ok.

That's terrible. I hope the guy is alright. If anyone has details on specifically how it happened, I would be interested in hearing about it.

Not being nosy - I would like to learn from the incident. I just started SRTing and would like to avoid making the same mistake. :(
