I didn’t have time to weld a pole frame and test it so I built a 6’ by 6’ deck and used 8 lags to hold in a utility pole and that’s our “tree” at the expos… it holds a ton of weight but moving that thing on a couple dollies takes an act of God lol

We did manage to get together a couple of Simi portable racks. No idea how we will move them in though!

We’ll be at the Southern show. Stop by the Mobile Hunting Gear booth and we can talk about the good old days!!! When one sticking was for idiots with a death wish and saddle options were a fleece blanket or sit drag.

Not too sure I am too excited about this show.
Got alot of crap.
Hang free, the board seat saddle.
Hype, the guys with the loudest and heaveyest climb sticks in the world.
One the plus side, Hickory Creek and Myster Ranch will be their. Along with some of my favorite guys.
 
@GeoFish , I think I can relate. I'd actually like to go tonthe southern show. I'm only an hour from the northern show and no details yet. Best I've got is " can't make the north show, sorry" bummer!

-I have not reached out to all the companies. Just bummed they aren't all at the close show to me
 
For anyone thats been to the expo and can relate, how kid friendly are they? We will be bringing a 1yo and 3yo so it'll be a wild ride regardless
 
My son and I will be there Friday. Looking forward to it. I don't really "need" anything, but...

Just left the expo. Didn’t have much time this morning but I’ll be back in the morning to see everything. When you walk in there’s the EWO booth with Greg Staggs and his son working the booth. I spoke with him for a while. He’s coming out with a minimalist backpack built for the one sticker. It’ll be available through EWO soon. Very nice pack. I picked up a very nice leafy suit from Titan 3D for $80. Seems like everybody in the industry is there….but Tethrd, which is a big mistake on their part, imo. Latitude was in the back. I didn’t make it that far this morning. Really liked the Dryad hammock. It’s weighs nearly nothing. Might have to pick one of those up tomorrow.

I am going to shoot for being there by 9-9:30 tomorrow morning, if I dont have any traffic issues between Memphis and Chattanooga.
