Check their time zone compared to yours. If you’re on the east coast and call them at 9am they are still in bed.

Gotcha. Just thought I would mention it. 9am usually works out to be a good time for me to make calls. I seem to forget that it’s not the best time for everyone.

Getting a hold of them hasn't been an issue for me yet. Email responses are a bit delayed, but whenever I call Debbie has picked up within their hours listed online. I haven't tried leaving any messages.

WhooHoo! Order number 5403, I received notice that my saddle (Flex Kit, Size 1, ASAT, bridge style rope with carabiner) was shipped yesterday, 3 October. I ordered on 12 August July.

Just to note I did call once on the original ship date (27 Sept) to (1) add some molle accessories to my order and (2) ask for a status. It took me a few tries to not get the machine calling from noon, east coast time to getting Sophia on the line at about 6pm. Wonderful to talk with.

You ordered on August 12th? I ordered the 8th and its not supposed to ship till early november

Buy Tethrd. Reliable ETAs. Flex looks like a camo diaper.

If you haven't tried a Flex don't knock it. Areohunter is a a good saddle company just like Tethrd. I'm just glad we have so many different saddle options compared to years ago when there was only one company.

Don't go by the numbers . I was told that they are not in order. I order a Flex the first day you could order them at 5: 00 am and my order number was 3992 and there was no way they sold 3991 before my order.

I recently purchased me a Tethrd mantis with all the bells and whistles. I gave it a test run yesterday and liked it. I’m thinking about canceling my order for the flex.

They aren't in order. Read my post the numbers weren't in order when I bought my Kestrel or when I bought my Flex.

Order #5223 placed on 7/5. Kestrel Flex package with adjustable rope bridge, predator camo. Shipped 9/27, will be delivered today.

Order # 5197 placed on July 4th. Adjustable rope bridge with broadside pattern. Was delivered October 2nd. Good enough timing for my October 1st opener. Only had to bring my climber out for one sit this year.
