Beast Broadhead looking good.

I am not a fan of overly high priced expandables or even overly high priced fix bladed heads. Broadheads are a consumable item and should be reasonably priced.
I do not view them as consumable. I buy ones that can be resharpened. At the end of the day, the broad head is what kills the deer so why skimp on it.

I am a fan of fixed, non-vented blades. I have never shot and probably never will shoot an expandable.

Lusk rated them very high though. I just think Bowmar’s a meathead but prolly I’m just “jelly” of his He Man like build.

I shoot Magnus Stinger 2 bladed broadheads and I don't have to take out a loan to buy them. I can resharpen them or replace the blade when needed. The problem with the Stingers is they blow thru a deer so easy that when they hit the ground on the other side, there is a good chance they will hit a rock. Once you hit a rock with a broadhead, it is usually damaged beyond reusable.

One might get several deer with the same broadhead or may only get one deer. That is why I view broadheads as consumables.

I pay $3 more per broad head than you do but I shoot annihilators. I do not consider them consumable

Annihilator broadheads run $59 for a 3 pack. I can get Magnus Stingers for $33.60 a 3 pack. That is $8.46 more per broadhead, not $3.
Fair enough. I saw them for $47 and after a more extensive search the cheapest I see stinger is $37/ pack. a pack and Annihilators for $57 a pack. I bet my annihilators survive more shots so what does the cost per shot work out to? I also always wonder why we are willing to spend a lot on other parts for our setup but then cut corners on the terminal end. Just does not make sense to me. YMMV.

I’d take that bet….. Magnus has a lifetime warranty.

Magnus is literally buy once cry once. They send you a new head after a picture and email to explain damage done. Crazy warranty for the price but it's legit

I am not cutting corners. Magnus broadheads are high quality broadheads and have never failed me. Just because one pays more for broadheads doesn't mean they are guaranteed to last longer. Paying for quality equipment is one thing. Overpaying for equipment is another. But I don't think that the Annihilator broadheads are too expensive and are justifiable if that is what you like. But I also think that the Magnus will perform just as good for less money. I hunt in rocky, hilly ground and it is usually one and done with broadheads. One pass-thru shot and the broadhead hits a rock and that broadhead is destroyed.

Even if I destroy my Magnus Stinger, I can send it in, and they will send me a new one no questions ask. Will Annihilator do that?

Cut corners? I don’t even sharpen edges. Lol.

I’ll probably buy a pack before long. Over the moon on my deadmeats at the moment. No reason to switch at all. I buy dang near anything that guy sells. I love Josh Bowmar.

Really??? I like him so much that when the rumor went around he was buying PSE, I was looking for another bow brand.
