Yes sir cook the meat first, sorry for the delayed response
Well I see fbwguy gave you a recipe but if you get on YouTube you'll find several of them. Basically they're all the same, just some type of ground meat and a bag of coleslaw mix with some seasonings. You can add some of this, some of that or just whatever flavor you're in the mood for. My normal is the Asian theme "egg roll". By the way did you get to try any this weekend? How do you make crack slaw?
Thanks,
Bob

Was it a low/no carbs plan? Just curious. I'm loving keto so farSo I guess I started “keto” back in 2015 and my buddy got me into it. I thought he was nuts but eventually he convinced me. I don’t really know if it was keto (I had never heard of keto at the time) but it was a workout/nutrition plan we got from reading the book “Engineering The Alpha. Man 2.0” it’s based around boosting testosterone naturally through intermittent fasting and counting macros. It works for sure. I’d recommend the audiobook because the authors do a great job of breaking down the science behind it. It has a pretty awesome cheat day too .

Tell me more about the crack chicken...gotta recipe??? Sounds like good "Super Bowl" snackinI'm planning to jump on the Keto train starting this Sunday or Monday. I have been eating healthy with a balance of protein, fat, carbs at each meal. I usually spend several hours on Sunday prepping my bulk food for the week and portion it out each day. I have no issues eating the same thing every day because it makes prepping much easier.
My staples for a while have been Crack chicken (chicken breast, FF cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, Franks hot sauce), squash and onions, green beans, ground turkey with taco seasoning, london broil (top round) grilled with montreal seasoning and/or grilled boneless skinless chicken thighs.
What I'm looking for are suggestions for keto friendly things I can prep similar to what I have been doing. I realize a lot of the items I have been doing are already keto friendly. Any ideas? Do any of you meal prep?
