FELLAS! Hows everyone holding up? Weigh ins have slowed a bit. Stay motivated and keep it going! Studies have shown that gravity favors the less dense...going up. Going down, especially in a hurry...pretty much equal. Ive already noticed a HUGE difference in my ability to climb.

Plus, for every pound of ass we loose, we get to pick up a pound of comfort items to drag up a tree and not alter our load!

Week 1: N/A
Week 2: N/A
Week 3: 283 lbs
Week 4: 277 lbs

Is there a specific day we are supposed to be checking in weight? I planned on checking my measurements on Sundays.

Got an MRI the other day. Been getting sciatica down both legs. I was hoping losing weight would help. But this is going to hamper exercise...

Well I have been going the wrong direction. Found out the wife is pregnant with our third....well that means a lot more house work and a lot less me time to prep food. She gets really sick during her pregnancies and craves very unhealthy food. I have not been able to stay on track the last couple weeks. Hopefully I can get back on track but her taco bell, pizza, KFC, and brownie cravings have really been kill me.....hahaha kids have been loving her new cravings though.

Dude those are her cravings, not yours. Don’t give in. You can do this. If and when tempted, go for a walk or do some pushups.

We got your back!

I hear you! Although I dont have a pregnant wife, I do have 3 grandkids that are running around fairly often, and Grandma likes to be sure they have plenty of snacks! Ive been able to avoid them, and now it really doesnt bother me. Keep at it brother! Keep next season in mind and how much more mobile and agile you WILL be!

Im still dropping at a much slower rate, but the bug has been going around the house (again, grandchildren...dirty little cesspools of filth and germs) and I havent been able to get the workouts in.

Congrats on the baby!
I gained sympathy weight with each one of my wife's pregnancies, too.

Its all on me and I am willing to take that but man do you know how hard it is to drive 30 min home with that food in your car and not crush it...hahaha again all on me. I got fat for a reason and turns out its because I cant turn down a good smelling food.

Just have to take it one day at a time.

I have the same problem!! My wife does catering! There’s a few dishes I end up helping with and it is so hard not eating any off it.
That’s why we are here and needing a support group. If it was easy everyone would be at their ideal body composition.
I like a challenge.

New week Gents! I have it as Week 5 from the start. Im at 246 this morning.
Im slowing down and "plateauing" according to Google. Been sick all week, so that helped with weight loss, but reeked havoc on working out. The new eating is starting to become a habit. Passing on most carbs is getting easier.
I start traveling this week, which is going to make working out and eating right a bit more challenging.

Dig deep boys! Embrace the suck.

Weighed 222.8 this morning. Starting to do some intermittent fasting. Eating lunch at 12 and dinner at 6 so I have an 18 hour fasting period.

Not gunna lie the cravings are hard to fight off. As long as I stay busy it's not so bad, but we'll see how the weekend goes. Might have to just scout all morning to stay away from the food.

Trying more of a keto approach to eating. Little to no carbs, higher fats, moderate protein.
