Pacseat mods: Putting the 'pack' in Pacseat, & other things

Alpz modular dove belt I’ve had for years. The pouches are all snap on and off. Put a shell pouch on the right of waist belt, water bottle on left, game pouch on back. Run and gun setup for squirrel, rabbit, duck, and dove.

That game pouch looks cool

Bro... nothing fancy to this DIY. Grab some gym shorts material and zip ties and get to work!

Nutterbuster's pillow case idea is even easier!

For those that wish to know, I got this fabric for a diy ground blind idea. Passed a chunk on to RedBeard. It’s from Amazon and you can buy a lot or a little. I don’t have the link on me but just search mesh hunting fabric or something.

And now for an uber-whiz-bang comfort mod...

This $9 pack pillow wedged between the two layers of sunshade material takes the pacseat to a new level of wow. Adding enough air to deploy the "wings" on either side of the existing seat (without inflating the entire thing to max capacity) pulls pressure off the tailbone and allows a more even displacement of weight across the cheeks. It also alleviates the weird pressure I was feeling under my thighs. Again, the pillow itself weighs almost nothing and packs away to nothing!

Truly, this is now a king's chair. Don't believe me? Ask the dishes!

I've packed a gardener's kneeling cushion with me on a few all-day sits to use similarly. I just sit it on top of the seat. Makes it a little wider and takes some pressure off the front bar like @Redbeard says. I can't decide if it's worth bringing every time.
Yep. I find air functions better than any cushion-like product though. Ischial bursitis kills any activities involving sitting very quickly for me. This inflatable pack pillow has been my seat cushion on many a motorcycle ride. A little air lifting me off my bones makes all the difference after and hour or so.
