CFX “XL” is actually shorter (11.25”) than the original Predator platform (11.75”). Vice the Predator XL which is 13” deep.

I'm a little disappointed no one has killed a booner from it yet.. I thought the deer would come running to check out the CF platforms as well. I heard some states were gonna ban them because they are to lethal and offer an unfair advantage to the hunter.

If it was me, I'd actual measure true platform room from the post flanges to the outer edge as that's the room you have to move your feet around for those awkward shots.

The carbon layers need to settle into place? I puked in my mouth reading that.

Am I right that this likely means

"the epoxy our carbon fibers are embedded in is kinda soft and will get a dent in it"

?
 
Forged CF is highly compressed so it really shouldn't be soft.
 
I apologize for that previous comment that was removed. Ill stay out of this conversation moving forward.
