What did you do today?

IMO, ALL camping should be stealth camping. I dont get the attraction to the KOA style, "getting away from it all" style of camping.

Can you convince my wife?

I added traction to the grandkids' tractor. Running out of projects

Used the "SLO-MO" video setting on the iPhone to take a few videos of my arrow in flight.

Cool! Now get your significant other to stand over you and get a slowmo video that way too. Such cool footage. When I did this with the traditional bow you could really see the arrow wobble!

Also you if you took this on your phone you can crop it before uploading it to YouTube. That way you have just the few seconds of arrow flight vs 30 seconds.

Excellent suggestions. Made another one using a tripod with the phone right next to the bow.

I'm very late to the party when it comes to replying to this thread. What did I do today, better yet what have I been doing for the last few weeks. My family and I have moved recently and the house we bought came with a really nice workshop (my favorite part). I am what they call essential personnel so the first two weeks I had to work and my wife was doing all the unpacking, painting and making this new (to us) house our home. My job put me on a two week on and two week off schedule. So last week I started working in the workshop, we used the shop as storage after the move. It took me a week but the shop is cleaned up, organized and very much usable now. I split the 16x32 shop in half, my wife has half to work on her wooden door hangers that she builds and the other half is my welding workshop. Minor home repairs are taking up most of my time that the previous owners left us so that's fun. This week I'm starting to get back into my projects, my lasted project is my own saddle hunting platform.

If I sat my phone on top of my target, I can guarantee you I would put an arrow through it because I’d be trying so hard not to. Nerves of steel right there.
It was mounted a couple feet above the target, but believe me that went through my mind as I was drawing the bow. Not a good time to need a replacement phone LOL

I've been trying to get better at longer ranges, right now working on paper plate at 60 yds but I keep punching the dang trigger...annnnnnnd now. miss. my goal is paper plate at 100yds before september so we will see. I also need a new string but alot of shops are closed.
