Cleaned the lenses and reassembled the eyepiece on my Truglo scope which got water in it yesterday in the rain.

Bow season is well underway. Good luck to everyone. Be safe.

I will be attempting to watch the shows that the couch potatoes been raving about.. sopranos, breaking bad and others I can't even remember.

I'll probably end up watching modern marvels, natgeo and some documentaries..

@Bigfoot522 - Recovery from something like that has to stink. But it does provide for ample opportunity to read and watch all the stuff on hunting that you never normally have time for. Soak up everything you can and apply the new insights next year.

My brother hooked me up with a few duck breasts and heart, hearts were gone as soon as they finished, here's the breasts. Delicious.

Salted and peppered, cooked in an empty cold pan on low-medium heat on the stovetop until light brown on the outside, then baked in the oven at 200° for 6 minutes. Per a Gordon Ramsey recipe I found.

I helped my wife at her weekly market (i do this every saturday). She sells vintage clothes at a street market on main street in our town.

Today was our best day ever. 1310 bucks in sales! Working this saturday market with her keeps her happy and also keeps our bank account at a place where I can work 30hrs a week instead of 50!

Pays dividends on the mondays and tuesdays when I am not at work.

I (tried) to hunt today. Quiver decided to dump itself near my car, didn't notice till I was at a tree. Tried one sticking up a leaning tree - not something I practiced, not something that worked well for me.
