Fyi I used a #8 bolt from lowes and actually sheared one when tightening it up. Was the bolt bad maybe, the others have not had any issues. But just in case I bought replacement #8 stainless steel bolts just in case . Got them much cheaper at amazon than lowes.

Sorry, we ran out of time to weight test these while we were weight testing the SquirrelSteps (Ameristep replacements). Might get some testing done next week if my machinist has time. I'm guessing the stick is going to bend before the steps though - these are 3/8" thick.

Just checked and modified the code to make sure it works through today. I'll have to review with my machinist to see if he can get costs lower, otherwise I can't continue the discount. I'm borderline loosing money on these with 10% discount, so can't continue the bleeding.
 
Count me in for eight angled steps and eight offsets with the discount. Let me know when they are available.

Anyone put these on lone wolfs? If so what size bolt did you use to replace the lw bolt so the sticks stack? Any help is appreciated.
 
The lone wolf bolts are 1/4-28, you only have to change the lower bolt on a top step mod to a 2". No problem stacking.
Very good product. There is a bit of wobble movement. I used nylon/aircraft nuts like ones provided by lW. I'm going to try a pad between step and post with stuckum on both sides to stop movement.
Steps are well made!

I have stealth strips on my sticks so I am assuming the are not going to wobble.

I don’t have the sticks but the other posts in this thread list 1/4 - 20 and then up a 2” length if stock blot doesn’t reach far enough

If LW users need a different bolt, I'll grab some and include them on request for future orders. Just bought some bolts to test out for the new v-bracket (StickClaw) I'm working on and they are 1/4"-20 x 2". If that's the right size I'll have some soon. Does anyone have a closeup of which bolt needs replaced and is 2" the correct size?
 
Anybody swapped out the steps and hardware on the muddy pros? If so, what was the weight difference??

1/4 -20x 2 fits the lw sticks well. I will be testing tomorrow on a hunt. Thanks guys
