My solution for carrying wild edge steps

Are the magnets on the inside, directly in contact with the steps or on the back side of the kydex? That tongue goes between the 'V' and the horizontal bar? Did you put a bend in it at all?

Magnets are up against the kydex and do not directly contact the steps. If you watch the how to video on my channel it will explain everything

I think you mistyped there...you mean "greater" right?

My bad

This stupid autocorrect must have changed my wording

“Equal to” should be the bare minimum

So I wanted to eliminate a pack from my set up. I was running 3 different packs depending on the climbing method I was using. I like my silent reaper and my crossover pack a lot so I decided to mount my wild edge holster on the bottom of my silent reaper. It works great and now I can still mount my bow or platform on my back. Just another option you can take with this holster.

I've been avoiding this thread for a few days because the anticipation of waiting for my kydex to show up has been killing me. But I've been thinking about this for three or four days... How am I going to attach my bow? Well the Kydex showed up today and was about to build this thing to go on the waist belt of my MR mule. But I'm glad I checked back here for updates.

So I’m also looking into building this and Read through the pages, watched the vid but I’m not sure on the magnets. Looked at the site you listed and there are so many different sizes. And of course the picture you posted is no longer there. The size I think that looks close to what you used is

N48 Rare Earth Magnets 3/4 in OD x 1/4 in ID x 1/2 in Neodymium Ring
