OK, look at the background in that pic. I don't see a single tree. No corn either, LOL.
It is and the new Exo is the only other setup I would even remotely consider to fill the role of this setup. My pack is the duplex, stryker xl but paired with a sherman pocket rather than the 2 belt pouches on the pack bag. I do not have the camp bag but already had a large dry bag. With this setup I cant do any kind of hunt I want too for up to a week and have the ability to as comfortably as possible haul out any critter I kill. For a saturday afternoon hang a half mile from the house or truck it is way overkill. Shoot a deer a mile or two in and bring it out on that pack vs. any other method and get back to me on which is easier. Nevermind if you want to backpack in somewhere and hunt several days. The right gear for any person is always going to be determined by how and where they hunt. For the majority of my hunting, that kifaru setup is as close to perfect as can be purchased.Is this Kafaru's answer for the White Tail hunter?.

I didnt say I bought mine new.
I am going to disagree with a caveat on the overpriced/overhyped. If it fits your body, it is about as bomb proof and comfortable as packs come. But packs are a lot like boots, if they dont fit you perfect, they are going to suck for you regardless of what they cost.
