I just got two shackles and will have my aluminum stock tomorrow for my pirate of climbing project.

Congrats and welcome to the club. Grandkids bring us so much joy. Their youth, energy and excitement over simple things rejuvenate us. Our granddaughter is such a mini-me of our daughter its sometimes difficult to tell them apart in pictures at the same age.

When I was young I remember my mother babysitting my older brothers kids.
I told her that when my kids are grown and I've done my time, I will be dog gone if I'm going to be babysitting!

She said, you s.o.b. I hope I live long enough to see you chaning those babies.
Well, she was right.
Often times we aren't mature as we think we are when we are raising our kids but by the time the grand kids come you see thing a little better and next thing you know, there you are!

Nice boat. Jealous. I've interacted either the guy who started the company and designed the boats many times..you'll be very happy with it.

It's faster than expected isn't it...
 
This wasn't today, but check out how much my pup has grown. Went to Tennessee for Christmas and we were remote enough to let him wander a bit off leash. He's still got some serious training to go, but he has really lit up our lives. What fun.
