    quartering away shot from ground, what are my chances this is fatal?

    68lb bow 35 yds quartering away, fixed blade. penetration not good. maybe 8in and 1 lung. hit maybe 2nd from last rib at 45degree angle. he didn't run far and I backed out. probably not gonna be bleeding. anybody made shots like this?

    25ft up and monster at under 10 ft. been holding full draw and was at my limit. now I got a beautiful animal running around with his guts hanging out that might be dead tomorrow with about a 25% chance of being found. guys don't hunt with a butthole, especially when you're by yourself.
