I’m going to attempt a “catch all response” in regards to the most popular questions and concerns:
- in regards to the alignment issue of the holes, the alignment hole is drilled prior to powder coating. The alignment is a by product of the heat treating portion of the powder coating process; we have addressed this issue and fix the conflict.
- side pressure: this is a climbing platform, we cannot advise that you stand anywhere other than the top of the stand as our platform is not fixed permanently to the tree. Treat it as a climbing treestand.
-we understand the price is steep- all of our products are made in America. Our powder coating and welding are done by businesses in our county.
- we get a PILE of questions about limbs and larger trees. The goal of the stand was to be portable and mobile and to fit a variety of backpacks. For its size, it limited the variation of trees, so we came out with two additional cables to increase its functionality. The larger and smaller cables workee very well in our testing phase (comment back to let me know how they did!). As for limbs- were fortunate to be in an area where the vast majority of trees are telephone poles. It is a climber, so it has its limitations.
- were continuously and adamantly working through the kinks you guys give us through your feedback on here and other social media platforms. Please continue to comment here, on Facebook, and Instagram and I will do everything I can to get back to you in a timely fashion. Or, you can contact us personally, we love hearing from y’all good, bad, and indifferent. Good luck huntin!
