Evidently there are no ladies on here because I know they would have read the directions and saved them w/the box.Mine is making noise too. Only on the back portion of the mesh near the top. I also read the instructions then tossed them lol.
Just ordered your cushion. I feel lied to...Yep. I find air functions better than any cushion-like product though. Ischial bursitis kills any activities involving sitting very quickly for me. This inflatable pack pillow has been my seat cushion on many a motorcycle ride. A little air lifting me off my bones makes all the difference after and hour or so.
